These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vbx8 ("vbx8", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://vbx8.io, including all associated services, games, promotions, and support channels. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. Your use of the vbx8 platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vbx8 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You have read and accept the vbx8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vbx8 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the vbx8 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are eligible to register and use vbx8 only if ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are aged 21 years or older. vbx8 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under local legislation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vbx8, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from vbx8 or had an account closed by vbx8 for violations of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.

vbx8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You must provide valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the vbx8 platform, you must register a single personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must select a unique username and a secure password.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the vbx8 platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. vbx8 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity across all related accounts will be forfeited.
• Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation into the circumstances of the duplicate registration.
• The player may be permanently banned from registering a new account on vbx8.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. If your personal details change — including your residential address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. vbx8 accepts no liability for failed withdrawals or communications resulting from inaccurate account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vbx8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. vbx8 recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered players from the account security settings.

If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vbx8 support immediately at [email protected]. vbx8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials or failed to report a known breach promptly.

vbx8 staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication purporting to come from vbx8 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vbx8 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank net banking, BRAC Bank net banking, City Bank net banking, Islami Bank net banking, and Sonali Bank net banking. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts enjoy higher deposit limits. Current deposit limits for each payment method are displayed within the vbx8 cashier at the time of deposit.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited. vbx8 reserves the right to refuse deposits and return funds to their source where third-party ownership is identified, and to close the associated vbx8 account.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals on vbx8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion steps for Bangladesh players. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. vbx8 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside vbx8's control.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Verified account withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically completed within 60 seconds of approval during normal processing hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank net banking accounts may take up to one business day.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. vbx8 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per day or per week on accounts that have not completed full KYC verification. These limits are removed once full verification is confirmed.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be completed or the relevant bonus must be forfeited.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations for suspected fraud or policy violations.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).

6.4 Withdrawal Refusal

vbx8 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, vbx8 will notify the player and may request additional documentation as part of an enhanced due-diligence process.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers issued by vbx8 are available to eligible registered players in accordance with the specific terms attached to each promotion. vbx8 reserves the right to exclude players from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a vbx8 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports betting) are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering completion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

vbx8 actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging, arbitrage betting across promotions, systematic exploitation of no-deposit offers, use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, vbx8 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void associated winnings, and close the player account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been subject to the required wagering activity within the expiry period will be removed from the account balance automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms and conditions.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the vbx8 platform — including casino slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule takes precedence for matters relating solely to gameplay mechanics; these Terms take precedence in all other respects.

vbx8 uses RNG technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by player history, account balance, or any other external factor. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments under controlled conditions monitored for integrity in real time.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects a game round, vbx8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. vbx8 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures that are beyond its reasonable control, including failures of the player's own internet connection or device.

Bets placed on sports markets are subject to the published odds at the time the bet is confirmed. vbx8 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, system fault, or human error. Players will be notified of voided bets and the staked amount will be returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vbx8 platform. vbx8 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with vbx8.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete bonus wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to vbx8 and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format to manipulate outcomes.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit transaction made to vbx8.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vbx8 customer support staff or other platform users.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your vbx8 account.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any vbx8 intellectual property.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by vbx8 under valid commercial licence agreements. Players may not capture, record, reproduce, or distribute game content without the express written permission of vbx8 and the relevant game studio.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vbx8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or connection failures.
• Loss of data or account information caused by events beyond vbx8's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

vbx8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vbx8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

vbx8 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://vbx8.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vbx8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the vbx8 platform. vbx8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

vbx8 may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial investigation bodies in accordance with its legal obligations. Where such disclosure is required by a binding legal obligation, vbx8 will fulfil that obligation regardless of the player's preference.

14. Amendments to These Terms

vbx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, vbx8 will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players, and updates to contact information — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the vbx8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vbx8 makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are legal or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of vbx8 complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be excluded or restricted by contract under applicable law.
